1) Can you create a custom portrait/painting?
Yes! I’d love to create a custom piece for you. Please email your photo and any references, and we can discuss your vision and costs together to bring it to life.

2) How long does it take to create a custom painting?
The time it takes to complete a custom painting depends on the style, level of detail, and size of the piece. Some paintings may take a day, while others could take weeks or even months. When we begin the process, I will provide you with an estimated time frame based on the specifics of your project. Please note that the timeline also depends on how many commissions are ahead of yours. During the holiday season, orders tend to get booked earlier, so be sure to submit your request well in advance!

3) How long can I rent the show for?
You can rent the series as a whole or select individual pieces for up to 60 days. Please email DanaPettitArt@gmail.com for quotes and more details on rental options.

4) How can I order a hand-signed, Limited Edition print?
For serious and new art collectors, these high-quality prints require special handling and can only be ordered via email. Each print will be shipped directly from me with a certificate of authenticity.

5) What is your return policy?
We are happy to replace any item that arrives damaged. However, since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns. Please reach out if you have any concerns or questions about your order!
